- Additionally, you will receive an activation link for your e-Gift Card by email within 4 business days
- The activation link will be valid for six (6) months and cannot be renewed
- The e-Gift Card can only be used once either from the "Order history" page or from the email
- The e-Gift Card can be redeemed online and in-store
- Online at www.subway.com or through the Subway® App
- In-store at any Subway location within the US
- The e-Gift Card does not expire
