How it works

  • Within 24 hours after the purchase, your e-Gift Card will be available in the section "Order history"
  • Additionally, you will receive an activation link for your e-Gift Card by email within 4 business days
  • The activation link will be valid for six (6) months and cannot be renewed
  • The e-Gift Card can only be used once either from the "Order history" page or from the email
  • The e-Gift Card can be redeemed online and in-store
    • Online at www.subway.com or through the Subway® App
    • In-store at any Subway location within the US
  • The e-Gift Card does not expire
  • Within 24 hours after the purchase, your e-Gift Card will be available in the section "Order history"
