Oku-Yugawara Onsen

Precautions for use

  • This product is not for drinking. Please use it for bathing.
  • It is recommended to keep it away from places where the temperature rises, such as bathrooms, or where it is exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Please refer to the contraindications of each hot spring and use it at a time and in a way that suits your physical condition.
  • Due to the natural ingredients of the hot spring, the metal parts of the bathtub may rust and the joints of marble and tile may discolor.
  • Please remove precious metals before bathing as they may discolor.
  • Stop bathing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience any physical problems during or after using the spa.
  • Cannot be used for washing.
  • If left at room temperature after use, hot spring water components may precipitate in the pipes. It is recommended to drain the water immediately before the water cools down and fill the bathtub and pipes with fresh tap water for cleaning.
  • When diluted to the recommended amount, it has little effect on the bathtub and piping for reheating. Since the bathtub and pipes may accumulate dirt and deteriorate even under normal use, we will exempt them from any inconvenience.
  • Dissolved onsen ingredients may precipitate and settle out, but there is no problem with the quality, so please use it with peace of mind. In addition, since natural hot spring water is collected, in rare cases, precipitated hot spring water components and sand may get mixed in with the piping, but please understand that this is not a problem.
  • Recommended amount for use: For a standard bathtub (200ℓ), dilute the following amount.
  • Yugawara Onsen, Beppu Onsen, Kirishima Onsen: 10 to 40 liters max.
  • Matsunoyama Onsen, Nanki-Shirahama Onsen: 10 to a maximum of 20 liters
  • Expiration date: Please use within one week of arrival. After opening the package, please use it up immediately.
